Membership Agreement
Membership in the Gorman Farms / CSA Program requires that you thoroughly read the gormanfarmscsa.com website, and understand your commitment and purchase(s). Members of Gorman Farms / CSA are subject to all Gorman Farms policies.
Payment for share(s) of Gorman Farms / CSA and supplemental programs entitles Members to a weekly share of vegetables and access to activities at Gorman Farms during the CSA program. All CSA shares will be distributed by Gorman Farms and/or local partnering farm(s). This is a commitment between Members and Gorman Farms. Gorman Farms cannot control the weather or phenological events that may affect Member purchases. Gorman Farms will do their best to communicate any changes or alterations to the program as deemed necessary by Gorman Farms. Members recognize they will share in the risks of the growing season along with other Members and Gorman Farms. Members are responsible for picking up shares on time and on selected pickup days. Uncollected shares will be designated or donated elsewhere. Gorman Farms has the right to make any changes they see fit to the CSA program, without Member consent. Memberships are advanced purchases and non-refundable. It is the Member’s responsibility to mark their calendar, and be aware when pickups begin. Members must have an email account, and understand that Gorman Farms will use email as a primary means of communication regarding participation in the CSA program. Members are responsible for checking emails on a regular basis and staying up to date with the CSA program.
